Basic daily room charge only for up to 14 people, plus instructor. Cleaning and admin fee included.

Multi Purpose Room

Basic daily room charge for up to 45 people. Cleaning and admin fee included.

• For-profit organizations: $400 (add $100 for kitchen use)
• Not-for-profit organizations: $300 (add $100 for kitchen use)
• AVENS members receive a $50/day rebate!

• For-profit Organizations: $300
• Not for Profit Organizations/AVENS members: $200

Catering

• Water pitchers with ice water: FREE
• Coffee/tea service/soft drinks: $7.00/person
• Food catering is done onsite and can be provided by separate quote
