Complete the Application Form.
Provide a Medical Information Document filled out by your physician or nurse practitioner.
Include your latest Canada Revenue Agency Notice of Assessment.
For subsidized units, attach a Statement of Net Worth.
Obtain a Criminal Record Check upon notification of an upcoming unit.
The Director of Community Housing (DOCH) will review your application to determine eligibility.
The DOCH will be your primary contact throughout the application process.
Eligible applicants will be placed on the waitlist based on a scoring criteria exercise conducted by at least three members of the Housing Committee.
This process ensures impartiality and fairness in placement.
Applicants must update their information annually.
You will be notified yearly of your position on the waitlist.
